Beach Soccer: Tiki Toa Crown Oceania Champions and Qualify for the 2027 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup

November 1, 2026

Mission accomplished for the Tiki Toa! In front of their fans, they retained their Oceanian crown after a particularly tight final against the Solomon Islands. It took until the last two minutes of the match for Raimana Li Fung Kue to score their fourth goal and seal their victory (4-3).

“What emotions, we knew it would be a tough match. It marks nine times the Solomon Islands haven’t managed to get through, and today they wanted it. We told the boys not to stress; we went all the way, we won. It’s exceptional. We’re very happy for our country. There you go, it’s done!”, reacted captain Heimanu Taiarui at the end of the encounter.

With this new crown, Tahiti clinches its fifth Oceania title and becomes the most decorated nation in the history of the competition, ahead of the Solomon Islands, who have four trophies.

Unbeaten throughout the tournament, the Tiki Toa also secure their qualification for the 2027 Beach Soccer World Cup.

New Caledonia completes the podium in this 2026 edition, finishing third.
